Over the last few years, we’ve been on a rollercoaster. From full on panic, to the zen that can only come from being at home. I experienced burning anxiety, losing many nights of sleep. I also spent hours dreaming and manifesting my goals. I experienced loss, and I deepened relationships.

There’s good and bad in everything, and nuance within. A fire can be destructive, or calming, or both. Boring objects can be pleasant decorations, or disconcerting reminders of the past. “At Home and on Fire” is a meditation on the range of extremes that happen when you are thrust into extenuating circumstances
